Dr. P V Appaji is Non-Executive Chairman of Meenaxy Pharma Pvt. Ltd. which was established in 1995 at Hyderabad. He has done his Post-Graduation and Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Nagpur University, Nagpur, India.
He started his career with the Drugs Control Organization, Government of Andhra Pradesh. Later he joined Government of India at New Delhi and worked in various capacities as Deputy Director, Deputy Development Commissioner and Director in the Ministries of Industry, Chemicals & Fertilizers, Department of Pharmaceuticals, National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA), Govt of India. He is the founder Executive Director of Pharmaceutical Export Promotion council ( Pharmexcil ) , Govt of India in year 2004. He retired from Pharmexcil as Director General in Dec 2016.

Mr. Narendra Babu Kodali is the cofounder and Managing Director of Meenaxy Pharma Pvt. Ltd. since its inception (1995). He pursued his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Benares Hindu University (BHU).
He worked in various chemical industries during which he developed a passion towards pharmaceutical industry which led him to establish this company along with founder Dr. P V Appaji. His work here has been a major and distinct contribution for the organization’s growth and has eminent experience of 35+ years in product development . He contributed significantly to the growth of the company with clear vision and implementation. He always encourages his team members to accept and learn from failures rather to fear and hide them.
